The Cane Toad, also known as the Bufo Toad, is a massive invasive amphibian whose parotoid gland secretions are highly toxic to pets. Dog deaths from Bufo Toad poisoning are a regular occurrence in Leonida's suburbs, and the species has no natural predators.
