Blue Jay

SPECULATED

Cyanocitta cristata

A crested blue songbird with the personality of a playground bully.

The Blue Jay is one of Leonida's most intelligent and assertive songbirds, frequently harassing hawks, raiding other birds' nests, and mimicking raptor calls to scare competitors from feeders. Their brilliant blue plumage and loud 'jay-jay' calls make them a constant suburban presence.
