The Rock Pigeon is Vice City's most prolific urban bird, nesting on every ledge, bridge, and air conditioning unit in the downtown core. Originally cliff-dwellers from Europe and North Africa, they've adapted so thoroughly to urban life that they're functionally a city-native species.
