A slightly more modest Starfish Island mansion with old-money charm.

If the Vice City Mansion is what new money looks like when it stops pretending, the Starfish Island Estate is what old money looks like when it's had time to mellow. The house is a two-story colonial revival with a deep white portico, ivy climbing the east wall, and the kind of landscaping that requires three full-time gardeners to maintain. A regulation tennis court occupies the north side of the property, a cabana-flanked pool the south. Inside, the rooms are fewer but larger, with herringbone wood floors, ceiling fans turning slowly under high plaster ceilings, and a library that still smells faintly of cigars from whatever senator or shipping magnate owned the place before. A six-car garage sits beneath the guest wing, and a private dock on the back of the lot opens to the intracoastal. It's a quieter kind of wealth, but no less dangerous when crossed.
