Slip B-14 at the Port Gellhorn residential marina is home to a two-story houseboat that technically still has a working engine, though it hasn't left the dock in years. The lower deck contains a cramped galley, a head with a tiny shower, and a master bedroom in the bow with portholes that look out across the harbor. The upper deck has a living area, a second bedroom, and glass doors opening onto a rooftop patio. The water stays cool underneath, the hull rocks gently at night, and a sealed compartment beneath the galley floor provides a discreet place to stash anything worth hiding. If Vice City ever gets too hot, you can theoretically untie and float away — though realistically, you'd probably just order takeout and wait it out.
