On the surface, Vice Dale Arcade is a love letter to the 1980s — thirty-plus arcade cabinets lined up wall to wall, a prize counter selling everything from plush sharks to pocket knives, and a snack bar with slushies in colors that don't exist in nature. Beneath the prize counter, a hidden door leads to a basement war room with wall-sized monitors, heist planning boards, and enough computing power to run a small country. Upstairs, the cabinets bring in steady legitimate cash. Downstairs, decisions get made.
