Blue Crab

A brawling Chesapeake-style crab that dominates Leonida's estuaries and occasionally escape buckets.

The Atlantic Blue Crab is the foundation of Leonida's estuary food web and a staple of the state's seafood economy. Their pugnacious disposition and razor-sharp claws make them a hazard to careless crabbers, who learn quickly to handle them only from behind.
