Phil Cassidy is a long-running GTA character whose apparent cameo in GTA VI's second trailer sparked widespread speculation. Fans believe he will reprise his role as an eccentric, one-armed firearms enthusiast operating out of the Leonida backcountry. Rockstar has not officially confirmed the cameo.
