Sony and Microsoft Process Mass Pre-Order Refunds

First-party storefronts automatically refund November pre-orders following the delay to 2027.

Both the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store have begun automatically processing refunds for GTA VI pre-orders following the delay. Pre-orders remain open for the new May 2027 window. Retail pre-orders with third-party outlets are being handled case-by-case.
