Runbook

If growth_signups is missing, open Setup Console and run migration 006 in Supabase SQL.
If source_corrections is missing, open Setup Console and run migration 007 in Supabase SQL.
If email_briefing_sends is missing, run migration 008 before enabling autonomous weekly briefings.
Use Source Corrections to review public challenges before editing source notes or marker data.
Keep BRIEFING_AUTOSEND off until Resend is configured and the sending domain is verified.
If Stripe env is missing, keep Pro buttons in founder interest mode until checkout is configured.
If Discord env is missing, open Discord Ops before promising that the live community is fully wired.
If compliance_requests or retention_runs is missing, open Setup Console and run migration 013 before relying on formal request logging.
Retention cleanup stays in dry-run until RETENTION_CLEANUP_ENABLED=true, so review Privacy Ops before turning deletion on.
If public checks pass but admin checks fail, review Vercel production environment variables first.
If SEO, Ahrefs, social-card, or browser checks show the Vercel Security Checkpoint, run npm run check:checkpoint:live, then review Vercel Firewall. Disable Attack Mode only if it is actually on.
