American Crocodile 20
American Crocodile
SPECULATEDCrocodylus acutus
The alligator's saltwater cousin that hangs around boat ramps and marina docks like a scaled parking attendant.
The American Crocodile is the alligator's saltwater-tolerant cousin, found in coastal mangrove swamps and brackish waterways throughout southern Leonida. More streamlined and V-snouted than the alligator, crocodiles are faster swimmers and more aggressive when defending territory. Their ability to thrive in both salt and fresh water makes them an unpredictable threat around marinas, boat ramps, and coastal properties.
