Snowy Egret

SPECULATED

Egretta thula

A smaller white heron with bright yellow feet that hunts shrimp in Leonida's mangroves.

The Snowy Egret is a smaller, more active cousin of the Great Egret, identifiable by its black legs and vivid yellow feet. It hunts by shuffling its bright feet underwater to flush out small fish and crustaceans, a technique as effective as it is oddly theatrical.
