Reach a protected witness in a secured hotel room.
Federal protection is sloppier than advertised, but not sloppy enough that a contract like this one pays less than six figures. The witness is on the 22nd floor of a Vice Beach hotel, guarded by two agents who take their job more seriously than their colleagues. Reaching the suite requires a run through housekeeping stairwells, and the kill itself has a four-second window before one of the agents can reach their panic button.

2 Reach the 22nd floor without tripping the federal detail
3 Eliminate the two agents in the witness's suite
