The stranded motorist event has multiple outcomes. Some are genuinely stranded and offer small rewards for a ride to the nearest gas station. Some are bait for a roadside ambush. Some are running from something and offer significant cash for a fast getaway. Reading the situation quickly is most of the game.

2 Assess the situation (legitimate or a setup)
3 Choose to help, ignore, or rob the motorist
4 Deal with the consequences of your choice
