This small but functional house in Vice Dale serves as the first safehouse available to Jason and Lucia. It's a far cry from the glitz of Vice City's waterfront, sitting in a quiet residential neighborhood with sun-bleached walls and a patchy front lawn. The interior is sparse — a couple of bedrooms, a cramped kitchen, and a living room with a sagging couch and a TV that gets three channels. Despite its humble appearance, it's home, and it comes with a single-car garage that can stash a getaway vehicle out of sight. A weapon locker hidden behind a false panel in the bedroom closet keeps heat off the streets. It may not be glamorous, but when every cop in Leonida is looking for you, having a low-profile roof over your head is worth more than any penthouse.
