This single-wide sits on cinder blocks in a dusty lot surrounded by other trailers in various stages of decay, occupied by a colorful cast of characters who mind their own business — mostly because their own business is questionable enough. The interior is a masterclass in cramped living: a fold-out bed that doubles as a couch, a kitchenette where the microwave is the primary cooking appliance, a bathroom you can barely turn around in, and a persistent smell of mildew that no amount of air freshener can conquer. What it lacks in dignity, it makes up for in anonymity — nobody comes looking for anyone at Ambrosia unless they're already in trouble themselves. A loose section of floorboard near the bed hides a stash spot for cash, weapons, or anything else you'd rather not leave in plain sight. One dirt parking spot out front accommodates whatever vehicle you managed to hold onto. It's the cheapest property in Leonida, and you get exactly what you pay for — but sometimes, all you need is four walls and a door that locks.
