On the edge of the Grassrivers wetlands, this airboat outpost runs tours for Vice City day-trippers who want to see an alligator from a safe distance. Six airboats sit tied up at a wooden dock, a small gift shop sells overpriced gator-themed trinkets, and a demonstration pit lets tourists watch an underpaid staffer dangle a chicken carcass in front of an unimpressed reptile. The fuel dock services both the tour boats and occasional visitors who arrive by water and leave by water without filing a single piece of paperwork.
