The Atlantic Sailfish is Florida's official state saltwater fish and the fastest fish in the ocean, clocked at 68 mph during hunting sprints. Their massive dorsal 'sail' and spear-like bill make them the trophy species of Leonida's offshore charter fleet. Catch-and-release is the norm.
