Swamp Daddy's BBQ is a ramshackle smokehouse tucked away on a Kelly County back road, identifiable only by the perpetual plume of hickory smoke rising from its cobbled-together pit. The proprietor, known only as Swamp Daddy, produces some of the finest smoked meats in all of Leonida from animals that may or may not have been legally acquired. Don't ask about the pulled pork. Just eat it.
