Vice City's main international airport, ironically named and internationally busy, where every flight in brings a fresh wave of tourists, businessmen, and couriers.

Escobar International is Vice City's gateway to the world — a sprawling, chronically-expanding airport whose unfortunate name has survived every rebranding committee the city has thrown at it. The main passenger terminals handle everything from discount carriers dumping college kids into spring break, to international long-hauls bringing in business travelers, to the tightly-managed private jet operation where celebrities and darker-money passengers arrive through a separate gate and never see the terminal. The cargo side of the airport runs around the clock and handles a staggering volume of freight, much of which moves to and from the Leonida Keys by smaller aircraft operating out of the general aviation ramp. The rental car center on the ground floor is infamous in local law enforcement circles as the first stop for an alarming percentage of the state's vehicle-related crimes — it turns out that handing strangers a car key twenty minutes after they get off a plane produces predictable outcomes.
