A long-distance race down the Keys bridge highways.

The Keys Coastal Run is a point-to-point sprint across dozens of bridges and causeways, with ocean views that nobody taking the race seriously has time to appreciate. Halfway through, the Leonida Highway Patrol runs a scripted ambush that most first-time racers fail to survive — learning the route means learning where to take the sandy shoulder and let the cruisers overshoot.
