A half-acre paved lot on a side street near South Vice Beach, configured to host six food trucks at a time. Shared picnic seating fills the center, a cinderblock restroom building sits in the corner, and power and water hookups at each truck spot make it easy for operators to just roll in and set up. The small office trailer handles leases and permits and also, inconveniently for the IRS, a fair amount of cash income that doesn't quite make it onto the books.
