The Tug II is a commercial harbor vessel designed for pushing and towing operations in Leonida's busy ports. It is slow, ugly, and immensely powerful, capable of moving vessels many times its size. While it lacks the glamour of Vice City's speedboats, its industrial strength makes it surprisingly useful for certain creative applications.
