The state offers an absurd variety of fishing experiences: freshwater bass fishing in Grassrivers' tea-colored waterways, catfish noodling in Ambrosia's muddy rivers (yes, you stick your arm in the hole and hope for the best), pier fishing off Vice Beach where you're competing with pelicans and tourists, and offshore big-game charters out of the Leonida Keys where the catch can be worth more than the boat.
