An inland agricultural county where citrus groves and cattle ranches stretch to the horizon, and the only traffic jam is when someone's herd crosses the road.

Kelly County is the agricultural backbone of Leonida — mile after mile of citrus groves, cattle pastures, and soybean fields worked by families who've been on the same land for generations. Out here, the tallest thing on the horizon is a grain silo, the biggest event of the month is the livestock auction, and a traffic jam means you're stuck behind a tractor doing fifteen on a two-lane blacktop. The small towns scattered across Kelly are the kind of places where the diner, the church, and the hardware store form the holy trinity of civic life, and everybody waves at everybody whether they know them or not. It's honest country — mostly. But Kelly's vast, sparsely monitored acreage also makes it attractive to operations that need room to breathe, and more than a few of those idyllic barns are running businesses that don't appear in any agricultural census.
