Eliminate a corrupt politician during a public fundraiser.

A state senator has been taking money from the wrong people and giving it to the wrong causes, and the Broker has decided he's a liability. The fundraiser at the governor's mansion is a rare public appearance with a relatively fixed schedule — the target stands at a podium for exactly eleven minutes during the keynote. A small charge under the lectern, a clean walk to the exit, and a detonation that turns a campaign speech into a crater. The manhunt afterward is state-level.
