Ambrosia County is the kind of place where your nearest neighbor is a half-mile down a dirt road and the local news is whatever happened at the gas station that morning. Spread across miles of flat, sun-baked agricultural land in Leonida's interior, this rural county is a world away from the neon excess of Vice City. Here, life revolves around cattle ranches, citrus groves, and the kind of small towns where everyone knows your business before you do. The people are friendly enough if you're polite, deeply suspicious if you're not, and universally armed. Pickup trucks outnumber sedans ten to one, the churches outnumber the bars (barely), and the county fair is the social event of the year. Beneath the pastoral surface, though, Ambrosia's isolation makes it prime territory for cook operations, illegal dumping, and the kind of business that needs a lot of land and very few witnesses.
