Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@leonida-intel.com with the email used at checkout. Refunds are reviewed promptly and returned to the original payment method when approved.

This policy does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. If a required cancellation right applies, we will honour it.

Yearly Pro Cancellation

You can cancel yearly Pro access before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless the 14-day refund window applies or we approve an exception.

Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a one-time digital purchase. It is eligible for the same 14-day refund window. After that window, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or approved as a goodwill exception.

Digital Access

Pro is digital access to site tools and research features. If a checkout flow asks you to confirm immediate access before the end of any statutory cancellation period, that confirmation may affect cancellation rights only where the law allows it and only to the extent allowed by that law.

What We Do Not Sell

Pro purchases do not include Grand Theft Auto VI, game access, game keys, official merchandise, in-game currency, in-game items, accounts, cheats, mods, pirated content, leaked files, source code, or downloadable game assets.
