Yes. No account, no watermark beyond a small site credit you can switch off with brand=0.
Which time does the overlay count down to?
By default, midnight on 19 November in the streaming PC's own time zone, which matches how console stores unlock. Switch to New Zealand mode to count to the very first unlock in the world, or UTC for one global moment.
Does it work in Streamlabs, Twitch Studio and XSplit?
Yes. Anything that supports a browser source works, including OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop, Twitch Studio, XSplit and Meld.
