Vice Beach

CONFIRMED

District — Vice City

The legendary beachfront district where Ocean Drive's pastel architecture meets white sand, attracting tourists, influencers, and criminals in equal measure.

Vice Beach is where Leonida puts on its best face for the world — and then immediately ruins it with a public intoxication arrest. This iconic beachfront district is built around Ocean Drive, a neon-trimmed corridor of pastel pink and aquamarine Art Deco hotels that have been the backdrop for every music video, fashion shoot, and true crime documentary to come out of the state. The beach itself is a postcard-perfect stretch of white sand where oiled-up bodybuilders flex next to retirees, spring breakers vomit behind lifeguard stands, and jet skis buzz dangerously close to swimmers. Street performers, roller-bladers, and unlicensed food vendors compete for sidewalk space along the boardwalk, while behind the pretty facade, every other business is a front for something the IRS would love to hear about.
