Blackjack is the simplest of Leonida's card games and the one most likely to get you quietly escorted out of the building. The mechanics are standard 21 with optional side bets, and the game is playable at tables ranging from five-dollar minimums to high-limit rooms where a single hand can cost more than a car. Card counting is mechanically possible, carefully rewarded with better decisions, and actively surveilled — if your bet spread gets too aggressive, the pit boss starts taking an interest, and eventually security invites you to leave. Or worse, depending on the venue.
