A projectile so improbable in Leonida's climate it's functionally a novelty item.

The Snowball is a seasonal novelty weapon, available in Leonida only during the rare Mount Kalaga freeze or via imported ice machines. Its damage is negligible, but the psychological impact on an unsuspecting Vice City tourist is unmatched.
