Endless suburban sprawl of chain retail, master-planned subdivisions, and stroad traffic.

Kendall is a neighborhood of Vice City that captures one specific slice of Vice City's urban mosaic. Endless suburban sprawl of chain retail, master-planned subdivisions, and stroad traffic. The streets here have their own rhythm - the people, the traffic, the smells of cooking and exhaust all combining into something distinctly Leonida. Whether you're cutting through on a getaway, scouting a heist target, or just soaking in the neon, Kendall is a place that rewards players who pay attention to the details.
