Move product on foot across the Vice Dale neighborhood.

The Vice Dale connect needs product moved on foot, which keeps cars off the radar and keeps the whole operation under the kind of scrutiny that ends careers. Four corners, four drops, a clock ticking down from twelve minutes, and a patrol car that makes scheduled passes along the main drag. Successful runs stack; string enough of them together and the connect starts trusting you with bigger loads.
