Manni L. Perez: the Lucia casting rumour explained

Rumour. Manni L. Perez is the name fans keep linking to Lucia Caminos. Rockstar hasn't confirmed who plays Lucia, Jason or anyone else in GTA VI, so for now this is fan buzz, not casting news.

The short version

• Manni L. Perez is a real performer with public credits.
• Her name comes up again and again in GTA VI casting discussions.
• Some gaming outlets have covered the rumour.
• Rockstar hasn't confirmed the role.

Why the rumour spread

Fans have pointed to public profiles, voice comparisons, social media activity and older chatter about performance capture. It's a fun thread to pull on, but none of it is proof.

Voice acting, motion capture and placeholder performances can also be done by different people, so a match in one area doesn't settle final casting.

What doesn't prove it

• a LinkedIn line;
• a fan-made audio comparison;
• a Reddit consensus;
• a YouTube thumbnail screaming "confirmed";
• a profile entry that was edited or removed;
• old leaked development footage.

Be cool to performers

Please don't tag, pressure or harass anyone linked to GTA VI rumours. If they're under NDA they can't answer, and if they're not involved, the attention is unfair. Either way, the answer is coming soon.

What would settle it

• Rockstar's official credits;
• a Rockstar Newswire post;
• an official interview;
• a statement from the performer once Rockstar allows it;
• a credible outlet reporting it from well-established sources.

With GTA VI out on 19 Nov 2026, the end credits should answer this one for good.
